As someone who's studied nutrition, you'll be in safe hands with my nutrition guidance. I'll make a detailed plan where you'll learn the basics of nutrition science, improve your eating habits and achieve your goals in a sustainable manner.

I make sure you get an understanding of nutrition so you can maintain your transformation results after the big day is over.

Achieving your goals is easier when training is convenient.

I want it to be as easy as possible for you to achieve your goals so I'll work around you.

Training can take place in any outdoor park of your choice within a 15 mile radius of Newcastle upon Tyne, or even in the comfort and privacy of your own home or garden. I'll bring all the equipment you'll need to have a great workout so you just need to show up and be ready to get started.

There's no need to pay for a gym membership, all my workouts are designed to be easy to complete from anywhere making it easier than ever to hit your goals!
